Wellness Care

A regular physical examination is just as important for your pet as it is for you. Our veterinarians recommend annual physical examinations, although additional exams may be needed for some pets. During a physical examination, we carefully examine your pet's nose, ears, eyes, check your pet's teeth and oral cavity, and listen to your pet's heart and lungs. In addition, we examine the skin and coat, while looking for any unusual lumps or swelling, palpate the abdomen and muscles and perform an orthopedic evaluation of the bones, joints and back. Our goal is to prevent illness whenever possible. Your time and effort invested in a wellness program is rewarding for both you and your pet. Our wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include a comprehensive physical exam, internal parasite testing, heartworm and flea control, vaccination program and specialized blood tests for all life stages.
